Organization’s Signature Chefs Auctions raise much-needed funds for babies

During two events in November, significant funds were raised to help prevent birth defects, premature births, and infant mortality. The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auctions — held Nov. 11 at the Embassy Suites in Winston-Salem and Nov. 17 at The Empire Room in Greensboro — allowed participating restaurants and caterers to show their stuff while raising money for a worthy cause.
